Independentsday.org

Originally launched on May 17, 2001, the 10th anniversary of the WWW, Independents Day was born to raise awareness of the independent web.

What happened in the past couple of years?

INDEPENDENTS DAY is a worldwide project celebrating independent content and design on the web. We seek only to raise awareness of the quality and diversity of independent web content, and to encourage others to support, create, or contribute to independent content sites.
